About the chocolatier:
Pastry Chef & Chocolatier Kaleigh Wheeler trained professionally at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. After completing her degree in Baking & Pastry Arts, she traveled to France to further her training as a chocolatier. She completed the renowned chocolate company, Valrhona's, Master Chocolatier program in Tain L'hermitage, France, in the Rhone Valley. Her goal is to create unique little masterpieces that are both delicious and aesthetically pleasing.
